By using TalkingWebsites.ai services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your access to and use of our AI video agent platform, managed services, and website.
TalkingWebsites.ai provides AI video agent design, build, installation, and management services for business websites. Service specifications are detailed in each client's service agreement.
Setup fees are due prior to the start of agent build. Monthly fees are billed in advance. Additional conversation minute overages are billed monthly in arrears. A minimum 3-month commitment applies after setup.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information used to build the knowledge base, obtaining any necessary consent from website visitors as required by applicable law, and ensuring the code snippet is installed correctly on their website.
Client business information and brand assets remain the property of the client. AI agent configurations, conversation flows, and platform technology remain the property of TalkingWebsites.ai and OMEGABYTE Technologies.
TalkingWebsites.ai is not responsible for outcomes resulting from AI agent conversations, including but not limited to visitor decisions made based on agent responses. We make no guarantees of specific lead volume or conversion rates.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice after the minimum commitment period. Upon termination, the widget will be deactivated and conversation data will be retained for 90 days.
